Why we have the game have developed

When working with startups and innovation teams, we discovered that the focus of value is often limited to the immediate customer and that business models are not always based on the broader values a service or product brings. The current toolset does not invite exploring alternative visions or creating options. Exploring and discovering those alternatives means arriving at something new that might work better.

Using the value proposition game, dive into value. What is it? And for whom? And how can we create a more valuable business for our customers?
