You will learn to select and adapt the unique values and positioning of your products and services to generate growth.
Understanding the key elements of a value proposition is a great starting point, but the real challenge lies in discovering what truly sets yours apart. In this training value proposition, you’ll learn by doing, practicing fundamental tools to uncover unique and powerful value propositions, including customer research, personas, user stories, customer insights, relative value mapping, and the Value Proposition Game.
You’ll work collaboratively in small teams, learning from participants with diverse industry backgrounds, while our experienced facilitators guide you through the value proposition process. They’ll also teach you to use empathy in envisioning future value for your end-users.
