Depending on where you are with your value proposition (totally new or already well on your way) we will design a bespoke process. We aim to answers the following questions: What value do you offer? To whom do you offer value, how and when? As well as how does that value compare to other propositions on the market?
We start-off by creating shared knowledge using the Proposition Scan. We will be looking at the ambitions of your organization, product (ideas), markets and customers. In a creative session with your team we will create a shared action plan for sparking a new value proposition. We can now start searching for a valuable proposition. We usually discover propositions in 4 phases; understand, create, test and launch. There are different types of short sprints for each phase that we use to achieve a successful value proposition design. You will end up with a value proposition that is distinctive, valuable and profitable.
