The challenge
AskAnna was a startup in the very first phase of customer development when Proposition Hero became involved. Together with founder Robbert Bos, we went in search of a perfect problem-solution fit. Robbert saw that valuable Data Science projects were transforming into complex and sluggish internal IT projects that the Data Scientist could no longer control. This had to be simplified, and that is how the idea for AskAnna was born. Proposition Hero conducted extensive discovery interviews with the potential target group to find out where the challenges lie in Data Science projects. We translated the challenges and insights from the interviews into different types of solutions, which we tested with the target group. From here, an iterative process created an increasingly clear picture of which proposition offers the best solution for the IT challenges of Data Scientists.
The result
From an initial idea, we have come to clear propositions with the help of interviews and proposition research. We are now testing and developing these propositions or problem-solution fits further with the help of demos and the first users of the AskAnna platform.
