Proposition Hero is an innovation agency based in Rotterdam focused on developing successful, new value propositions, products and services. Vitas Kersbergen is the founder of
Proposition Hero. He is often in charge of our innovation projects, but rarely works alone. Simply because innovations require many superpowers. Depending on your challenge, we will put together a team with the expertise needed for a successful project. We often work with other superheroes from our network and with people from your organization.
Our clients are very diverse, from start-ups, NGOs to corporates in various sectors. The topics are just as different. Sometimes it’s about sustainability, AI or even taxes. It is precisely that variety that inspires us! Ultimately, our work is always about discovering great value propositions that solve pressing problems for people. We are guided by our mission: Sparking Positive Innovations.
Vitas Kersbergen is an experienced innovator, design thinker and start-up mentor. He has worked on many interesting mysteries like; How might we reduce low literacy among cleaners in the cleaning industry? How to create a sustainable business based on residual flows? He has coached over 30 startups on how to get from an idea to a real business. As a side-hustle in 2019, he brought the VR experiences of Zero Latency VR to the Netherlands together with Maarten Peelen. He also teaches and facilitates Design Thinking at both Design Thinkers Academy and Competence Factory. To help teams and entrepreneurs create better and more compelling value propositions he has developed the Value Proposition Game.
Developing successful, new value propositions and solutions require many superpowers. Vitas Kersbergen is often the lead for our innovation projects. Solutions and value propositions that add value and contribute to one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN. We bring movement to your organization by creating sparks. Innovation is a verb. In short, let’s start doing! We work together with you and your team, often in short sprints or work sessions on innovative solutions. Proposition Hero works based on a number of values.
We believe that innovation works best when the (intended) user is placed central to the design process. We always take the needs, wishes and limitations of people as starting point in our work.
There are plenty of great ideas around. It is our role to ask the critical questions, even if they are uncomfortable. We believe it is essential to prototype and test ideas against reality, before moving forward with confidence.
Innovation can be a lot of work. We believe having fun and getting inspired is essential to successful innovation. It stimulates creativity and helps to keep a fresh perspective towards new opportunities and challenges. We aim introduce new views, do fun energizers and provide inspiring examples that create new and surprising insights.
We believe that by teaming up with the right people in your organization, the chances of a successful innovation are much higher. It will make sure that the new proposition or solution is supported and understood by your organization for years to come.
