But how do you develop a strong and distinctive value proposition? Which customer value is most appreciated by your target group? And what makes you unique compared to the competition?

In this interactive 2-day training course on developing a value proposition, you will learn to create and develop convincing value propositions. You will learn by doing and apply the most important tools and frameworks during this training using examples and your own case.

Understanding the key elements of a value proposition is a good place to start, but the real challenge lies in discovering what makes yours unique. In this value proposition training, you will learn by doing, practicing the basic skills to discover a unique and powerful value proposition. You will work to use customer research, target groups, customer insights, customer values, competition research, positioning and play the Value Proposition Game. After completing this training, you will be able to:

  • Develop value propositions that really delight customers.
  • Listen closely to the market and your end users and convert these voices into valuable insights.
  • Align a value proposition hierarchy at different levels. For example, think of aligning branding, company and product or service propositions.
  • Position the added value of propositions in such a way that they are unique and distinctive in the market.
  • Innovate with existing propositions by exploring alternative customer values, markets and target groups.
  • Testing and validating whether certain value propositions resonate with your target group.

  • Creating alternatives and discovering new values.
  • Exploring other target groups & markets.
  • Creating a strong relative value and positioning (USPs).
  • Adapting value propositions to the changing world.
